DeMesy warranties all watches for one full year from date of invoice, unless otherwise indicated in the listing or on the invoice and with the exception of vintage wristwatches and pocket watches. This warranty does not cover accessories, boxes, bands, batteries, or cracked or broken crystals. Custom work, alterations and/or repairs done without written acknowledgement by DeMesy Fine Watches, tampering by technicians, damage from abuse or misuse, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing), or water damage due to improperly tightened crown, will render this warranty null and void.
Each piece of quality estate jewelry as well as contemporary fine jewelry pieces sold by Demesy Fine Watches & Jewelry is meticulously inspected and described as accurately as possible. Both pre-owned and new jewelry items come with our 30-day warranty against defects in manufacturing only and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss and theft.
