Both knobs and dial move as they should. I left it in as found condition for possible use on a Rat Rod. I will let the new owner clean and polish as needed. It will look great on your old vehicle. Payment: Timely payment is expected within 10 days of the end of the auction, otherwise the buyer forfeits the sale. My customer satisfaction is most important to me. Domestic Shipping: US buyers to pay $15.95 plus insurance. Shipping is estimated. California, Oregon, Washington, New Mexico, Hawaii and Alaska shipping may be more than estimated. The shipping amount to these states will be adjusted to reflect the actual shipping if shipping costs are more than the estimated auction shipping. Insurance A package must be insured to be eligible for a full refund if lost or damaged. Package will be insured upon request. Most packages are shipped USPS with delivery confirmation.
