Allow it to sit in the sun awhile to “loosen up” as it is a leather type of material. After cards, money, pictures, WWII escape map playing cards, and your Costco membership card has lived in it a bit, it conforms quite nicely. I’ve had mine for about a year and haven’t had an issue other than I can’t keep money in it for some odd reason.
