There are 1 or 2 specks of paint loss on the aqua trim. The backstamp reads; ” Spode Copelands China England,” which was a mark used from 1891 into the 20th century. It is difficult to read, but I believe “L 31” is also incised on the back, which dates the plate to July of 1931.
