The Basics of Boxing

This instructional series is taught by Kurt R. Howland, founder of “Real World Krav Maga” and boxing instructor at Deltona Boxing Club in Florida.  In this DVD he teaches the basics every boxer needs to know, but generally does not spend enough time on.  You will learn how to throw the cross, jab, and hook.  How to move in the ring, the proper stance, how to wrap your hands, and basic blocking.

Intermediate Boxing Techniques

This

World Krav Maga” and Mike Michaud.  Both men are also boxing instructors
at Deltona Boxing Club in Florida.  In this DVD they teach the
intermediate moves every boxer needs to know.  You will learn how to
throw the Upper Cut.  How to cut off the ring and control your opponent,
How to slip punches while moving inside, how to punch inside
effectively, How to get away from your opponent with out being hit,
Basic counter punching, and learn to think in the ring.

The dvd gives you a full 110 minutes of instruction.  This video can be used by all age groups, and Men & Women.
