Bucilla’s “Christmas Angels” Felt Christmas Tree Skirt/Table Cover Kit Vintage 45″Any time is a great time to work on your Christmas stockings for Christmas or gifts throughout the year. “Christmas Angels” vintage, Nativity tree skirt shows precious, little angels kneeling beside the manger. It is adorned with stars, gold metallic lettering of “Merry Christmas” and white, pom pom ric-rac. This kit is in mint condition. This gives the true meaning to Christmas and would be perfect under your child’s tree. This hard-to-find, vintage, kit was produced by Bucilla and when completed, it measures 45″. This discontinued sealed kit contains everything you need to complete your tree skirt including: stamped felts, cotton floss, color separated sequins and beads, 2 gold-plated needles, gold metallic thread, white, pom pom ric-rac, and easy to follow instructions. The only item not included with your kit is the polyester filling or a filling of your choice. Since this kit was bought on the secondary market, it has been sterilized and guaranteed germ-free. It is for this reason that my kit cost is slightly higher but definitely worth it. It is sterilized in the same manner that surgical instruments are sterilized. You can be sure that you will not be receiving anything but a perfect kit from me.I do carry the stocking kit that matches this tree skirt kit , both of which have been sterilized and are in great condition. It is called “Angel and Manger” and item #332075232368. With this tree skirt, you might consider a string or two of the clear LED lights to accept the needlework in the front and make the snow sparkle. I do carry in the clear cool or the clear warm but would recommend the cool, clear lights with this tree skirt. These lights are brighter than the older Bucilla lights, they are more power efficient and cool on the fabric. They are very sturdy and not easily broken. They will definitely enhance your decoration since it is so convenient to turn them off or on. You can add the lights to this or any of your kits. It really brightens up your display. If you attach a small pocket to the top of the tree skirt or even place the battery pack near the edge of the rim to make it easily accessible for turning them off or on. Even if you use 2 or 3 strings, the process is the same. They are simple to install and easy to remove without showing the tiny hole or pinpoint slit that you make when you insert the tiny little bulbs. You can adjust the lights to twinkle or to stay on constantly.The difference in the tree skirt is unbelievable and so easy to do. The lights are very durable and last a long time. Even when you change out the batteries, they are easily accessible. I sell them at a minimal cost when you buy your kit. The clear warm lights have a golden glow and the cool clear lights have a brighter. bluish, clear glow. I am submitting a picture of the lights, both warm clear lights and cool clear lights. In the past, Bucilla produced several lighted kits from stockings to home decor such as Christmas trees and Santa’s cars and trucks. These kits today are extremely expensive and don’t even have the bright LED lights. I am substituting the LED for anyone that bought one of the older lighted kits from me. The lights are really making a difference in the items. Please do not bid/buy on any of items unless you are certain to pay. Since vintage kits go through so many hands, it is for this reason that my kits cost a little more because they are completely sterilized using the procedure that is used in a surgical procedure. I don’t just wipe down the outside of a package with a germicide. I sterilize completely throughout the kit. There is a grommet hole, a hole which is used for displaying the kit, ornament, etc., germs and bacteria can go through the grommet hole on any kit. It is worth it to make sure your kit is germ-free. I will never sell you an incomplete or dirty kit. If I receive a kit that has a torn, dirty or in an extremely worn plastic package, I will replace it with a new bag and professionally heat seal it.
