Right handed/right side means you will get a single magazine carrier for your right side; set up as an IWB carrier with rounds to the rear. All single magazine carriers will be made with the rounds facing to the rear unless contacted and specifically asked for rounds facing forward. This allows the pistol to be concealed under light covering garments. Normal use:” I have had the holster for a few years and it broke” “my holster is cracking near the clip” Accidental use: “I dropped my holster” “ I ran it over with my vehicle” Our holsters should only be used according to the specific intent of the original design. Any holster modified or customized by the user is not covered under the lifetime warranty. Broken clips, lost grommets, washers and screw sets and not covered under the lifetime warranty. How to custom fit to your pistol: If your holster comes with retention screws you can use a screwdriver to tighten or loosen your desired retention. You can also use heat to adjust the holster if you prefer… As your holster is custom made sometimes the retention might be too much or not enough…it’s an easy adjustment with a heat-gun or hair dryer. With an unloaded pistol in the holster and on one side apply some heat around the trigger guard or bottom of the slide this will release some retention. If needed you can apply heat to both sides. Keep the heat about an inch away and move it in circles. It will only take a few seconds…then slide the pistol back and forth a few times as it cools. Use gloves and apply as much retention as you need. Once it cools and your desired retention is set you will never have to adjust it again. If you have any questions please contact me.
