This is a brand new luxury merino wool/cashmere scarf from an eco-conscious brand called Mongoro Cashmere; this impressively cloud-soft scarf is quite long and wider than most oblong scarves, with measurements of 12.6 inches wide by 72 inches long. The color is a classic, go-with-everything black and ivory, woven into a geometric pattern that somewhat resembles a plaid but also looks a bit like a deconstructed herringbone or Greek key pattern; it is woven with metallic gold thread highlights throughout for fun and a touch of glamour-glamour that can easily take this scarf from day into evening wear. The hems are a solid ivory to set off the pattern of the rest. This could really work for men or women, depending on whether there might be a male objection to the gold thread (in other words, depending on the personality of the intended wearer).
