Adverse weather may delay shipment to ensure the best care for the cuttings. When we deem it necessary we will add a heat pack to the shipment to maintain temperature during cold spells. Minor damage and/or discoloration of the leaves may happen during shipping. With proper care, it will recover and won’t affect the future growth of the plant. We only accept returns if there’s major damage on the plant or cutting. You must request it within 48 hours after delivery. This includes pictures at the time of receipt. If no pictures are presented the seller bears no responsibility. Its buyers responsibility and cost to ship the plant back. Any refund will only be considered when seller receives the plant in the same condition as received by buyer. Suggested care instructions: Carefully remove the plant from the shipping box. These plants are packed to prevent damage during shipment and as such can be somewhat cumbersome to unpack. Place plant in plenty of indirect light. Make sure the potting material is moist, but not wet. Over watering causes root rot. Please note cuttings require rooting prior to potting as per instruction below. Potting material. The plant is fully rooted and planted in a mixture of peat moss, pearlite, and vermiculite.
