If you open a return without communicating the reason with us first, you will automatically be charged 50% of the item cost and be responsible for original and return shipping. There is a brand called Kastar that is available on eBay which sells new batteries or chargers for around $7-10 with free shipping. They sell brand new battery and charger combos for a few dollars more than just a battery or charger ($10-15 for most cameras). Place your order from an eBay search bar, search “Kastar” and the make and model of the camera and “charger” (i.e. “Nikon S3100 charger”) and their batteries and charges will come up in the search. Their orders arrive in 4-5 days and ship immediately as do our cameras. A LIST OF WHAT IS AND WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED WITH PURCHASE: Battery = Yes(If No, Kastar brand batteries can be purchased on eBay for around $8-10 with free shipping by searching “Kastar battery” and the camera make and model – for most cameras.) Battery Charger or AC Adapter = Yes (brand new)(If No, Kastar brand battery chargers can be purchased on eBay for around $8-10 with free shipping by searching “Kastar charger” and the camera make and model – for most cameras.) Wrist Strap or Shoulder Strap = Yes Camera Bag or Camera Case = Yes (brand new)Manual = No (If no, most camera manuals can be found online by searching the make and model of your camera.) Original Box = No USB Data/Sync Cable = No (If no, USB data/sync cables can be purchased on eBay or other international websites like AliExpress for around $1-5 for almost any camera model.) Memory Card = No (If no, memory cards can be purchased on eBay or at most box retailers like Walmart. Search “memory card” and the make and model of your camera for compatible options. Many cameras have the option to take photos and store them on the internal memory of the camera.) Please Note: If you are buying a camera that requires lithium batteries and you try to use alkaline batteries and open a return because your camera is “NOT WORKING”, we will retest the camera once returned with the CORRECT battery type, and if working properly, will deduct your original shipping cost from the refund amount plus a percentage high enough (30-50%) to cover the return shipping cost, packaging and labor. The same goes if you are buying a camera or camcorder that does not include a proprietary battery or charger and you try to use a battery or battery charger that is not compatible and claim that your device is not working, after retesting your device once returned with a compatible battery and charger we find that it is working properly, we will deduct your original shipping cost plus a percentage high enough (30-50%) to cover the return shipping cost, packaging and labor from your refund amount.
