IT IS A CONE SHAPE WITH TINSEL AND A FEW BALLS INSIDE AND A PIPE CLEANER RIM AND RIBBON HANDLE. JUST THE CONE WITHOUT THE RIBBON IS 4″ IN LENGTH. ….ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS.
