If you do not have a loading dock or a forklift at your delivery site, you will need to use the truck’s lift gate to lower the item to the ground. Freight companies charge a separate fee for this service so please let us know if you do or do not require a lift gate on delivery. Inside Delivery: Unless you pay for and make arrangements to have the freight company bring your item(s) inside, they will not do it. Freight deliveries are sidewalk / curbside only.
