Yamaha RX17 Digital Rhythm Programmer 80’s Percussion Drum Kit / Rhythm Machine The Yamaha RX17 is a digital drum machine introduced in 1987, designed as an entry-level device with a lo-fi, distinctly 80s sound. It features 26 PCM samples, including basic drum and percussion sounds, with the ability to play up to 11 sounds simultaneously. The RX17 is similar to other low-end Yamaha drum machines from the same era, like the RX21, but slightly more advanced. It supports real-time and step recording, has MIDI input and output, and includes standard audio outputs. Despite its basic functionality and dated sounds, the RX17 remains a nostalgic piece of gear appreciated for its simplicity and characteristic retro sound Condition:• This is a used RX17• This unit has been tested and is fully functional.• All pads are fully functional and responsive. There are no faults to note. • This unit is in good physical condition. It shows some general wear from use and age like some small nicks, marks and scratches. The bottom plate looks to have a bend in one of the corners. This does not affect its use or functions. Please see photos. • This sale is for the RX17.
